Google & Facebook are one of the big companies that serve ads , but how do they serve you ads that will increase the chance's that you would click it. well it is because they can track you crossing all other website and building-up profile and interest that helps well determine which ads you're most likely to Click.

Facebook grow's bigger and bigger year by year, and last Thursday evening Facebook Announce  that it is changing the way its advertising works across the web. And for your information Facebook is not just serving ads in its official website and mobile apps but the company also has a network of third-party websites and apps that it partners with to display ads. It's called the Audience Network, we all know that Facebook serve ads if you are Facebook User but now that is no longer the case

According to The Wall Street Journal noted :

Facebook will now show's ads even though your not registered and it is called "Facebook off-site ads" it means that netizen's without facebook account will now be track by facebook so that the ads they're served will be better targeted to their tastes.

So website that has altering Facebook plug-in ,Like button etc. Facebook can track a user across most or even all of the web pages he or she visits. That information is then stored and analyzed by Facebook so that advertisements served by Audience Network partners are more likely to be relevant to these users.
